Participation Model
How to participate.
All foundation members can join any working group. Voting membership is allocated by tier — see Governance for the full voting model.
Most working groups meet on a bi-weekly cadence over video. Asynchronous collaboration happens in public repositories, shared mailing lists, and the foundation community chat.
Working group output — drafts, schemas, and reference implementations — is published openly under foundation licenses.
